After nearly 15 years as Head of Office at the Metropolitan City of Turin, where Silvio led initiatives to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy at local level, he is now part of the Sustainable Energy Sector of the Piedmont Region. In recent years, he has focused on managing EU co-funded projects, with expertise in energy planning, policy assessment, capacity building for local authorities, one-stop shops, and energy performance contracting. He is the author of the Regional Energy Statistical Report, published annually.
