The CROSS project aims to establish and operate a regional one-stop shop (OSS) in North-West Croatia to accelerate public building renovation by providing integrated technical, financial, and legal support to local and regional authorities. Its broader goal is to scale and replicate this model while developing innovative financing, procurement solutions, and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term sustainability of renovation efforts. So far, €60 million has been invested, and €20 more is expected.
