Pierre is the President of Econoler, a recognised leader in the use of energy efficiency at the international level. Has 40 years of experience in energy demand side management with special expertise in energy efficiency policies, regulatory frameworks and adapted financing, energy performance contracting, ESCOs and Super ESCOs. Worked in 60 countries including half of EU countries.  Designer of more than half of the active Super ESCOs around the world. Currently leads the management of SOFIAC in Canada and France, and FAEE in Morocco, collectively strong in over 1,5 billons in investing capacities.
