Olivier Dumoulin is an Advisor within the Advisory Division of the Financial Institutions Department at the European Investment Bank. He has played an active role in providing advisory support to EU financial institutions, particularly in the rollout of green financing products as part of the EU-funded Green Gateway programme. He has also contributed to the design of combined financial instrument models under EU shared management funds, including for energy efficiency in buildings, under the fi-compass technical assistance initiative, implemented by EIB Advisory and the DG REGIO of the European Commission.
