Françoise Réfabert became an independent expert in financing energy-efficient housing renovations in 2010, following a 24-year career at Société Générale. Over the last 15 years, she has helped to develop third-party financing companies that offer a comprehensive service for energy renovations, including direct financing (serafin-renov.fr). She is the chair of FIDEO Gestion, the project company of FIDEO–Banque de la Rénovation Énergétique project, which won the France 2030 call for projects in 2024. FIDEO Gestion is developing a trusted digital and financial solution to make energy-efficient housing renovation a standardised, quality-focused market that can be financed on a large scale.
