Jenny-Claire Keilmann holds a Master’s degree in Empirical Social and Political Sciences (FR/DE) and a BA in European Studies. She brings over 15 years of experience at the European Secretariat of Climate Alliance, supporting local climate action across Europe. Her work focuses on energy efficiency in buildings, stakeholder engagement in energy renovation, and transnational cooperation among public authorities. She has coordinated major European projects, including the award-winning Climate Active Neighbourhoods (RegioStars 2019), and led long-term Franco-German initiatives on municipal climate action. She currently coordinates the EU PEERS I project (and soon EU PEERS II), advancing deep renovation in the residential sector.
